Michael Chase is an AI futurist, keynote speaker and capital strategist, founder of AI Imagine Labs and co-founder of Atelier Superintelligence. His career has one through-line: he takes a new technology from the deck to the budget, as a marketer, consultant, founder and builder, and now as the person companies call when the AI question reaches the board.
As a marketer he was named by Forbes one of the 100 most-followed CMOs and built Cup of Jo for St. Joseph into a franchise with millions of views. His clients included Nike, where he worked with Wayne Gretzky and the Right To Play Foundation; Google, where he helped build out the cloud and digital signage business; and Thomson Reuters, where he built the Times Square digital signage package and broadcast content studios.
He founded the AI travel startup TRAVAI and sold it to Kognitiv, then as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer built its fungibility and loyalty engines, developed PC Travel and helped raise $500M globally. At Deloitte he created the Novel and Exponential Technologies group and wrote the future roadmap for LifeLabs and its CEO. He led the Nvidia digital-twin work for the BMW and Mercedes-Benz EV factories and the cognition-driven call centres for Desjardins.
He has spoken at CES and SXSW, three times at NRF Big Show, five times at the Digital Signage Expo, in the round at C2 Montréal, and headlined a cross-Canada tour for Canada Post, eleven cities, two years running, with stages from New York and San Francisco to London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Next: Fasten Your Seatbelts, his flagship keynote, at TiECon Canada 2026, Ottawa, 30 October. He is based in Toronto.
