The Lab at AI Imagine Labs.A futurist who ships.
Forecasts are cheap. AI Imagine Labs builds the systems the forecasts describe, working with Atelier Superintelligence, the studio Michael co-founded with Sean Evans.
What we build
Systems that hold context and finish the work.
Agentic systems that know your business the way a good employee does: the documents, the systems of record, the exceptions nobody wrote down. They plug into the tools you already run and they are measured against the number you care about.
The same discipline extends to the physical world. Digital twins that let a plant rehearse before it changes. Content engines that produce at the speed the feed demands without sounding like a machine wrote them.
Case notes
Work that left the slide.

Digital twins for two EV factories
Michael led the Nvidia digital-twin work for the BMW and Mercedes-Benz EV plants, with Nvidia as client and resource partner and its platform as the foundation: a simulated line where a decision could be rehearsed in software before anyone touched the floor. It is the work behind the keynote Rehearse in Software. Build in Steel.

Cognition call centres for Desjardins
Service operations where machine cognition handles the routine of the queue and people handle the judgment. A model for what a customer operation looks like when the machine takes the first call and people take the judgment calls.
- 03
Cup of Jo for St. Joseph
A content franchise that drew millions of views, built while Michael ran marketing as one of Forbes' 100 most-followed CMOs. Proof that an audience can be manufactured with a point of view and a production system, long before generative tools made the production part cheap.

TRAVAI, then Kognitiv's engines
Michael founded the AI travel startup TRAVAI and sold it to Kognitiv. As Partner and Chief Strategy Officer he then built the Kognitiv fungibility engine and loyalty engine, developed PC Travel, and helped raise $500M globally. The founder's view of an AI business, from the first line of code to the exit and what comes after.

Times Square, live, for Thomson Reuters
For his client Thomson Reuters, working with the C-suite, Michael built the New York Times Square digital signage package and its content, along with the broadcast content studios behind it. A screen the size of a building, fed by a newsroom.

Google's cloud and digital signage business
At Google, a client, Michael helped build out the cloud and digital signage business and keynoted the company's internal and customer events. It is where he learned to put a new platform in front of the people who have to buy it.

Deloitte's Novel and Exponential Technologies group
Created by Michael to give the firm's clients a working practice around technologies that had not yet reached the budget cycle. From that seat he created the future roadmap and plan for LifeLabs and its CEO. The habit of turning an exponential into a line item started here.
Method
The method.
Four moves, in order, every time. Atelier calls it FORGE.

Have a workflow you would be embarrassed to explain to an investor?
Good. That is usually where the first agent goes.
