Advisory

Advice for the people who sign the AI budget.

Three ways to work with Michael. He has sat in the chair, signed the budget and shipped the system, and he advises from that seat.

Three ways to work with Michael

  1. 01

    C-suite coaching

A monthly one-on-one for executives who have to lead an AI programme they did not grow up with. The agenda stands: what happened since we spoke, what is coming that you should see first, and what you decide before the next board meeting. Between sessions, Michael is a text away. Boards that want the sixty-to-ninety-minute briefing first can book it on the speaking page.

CEOs · CMOs · COOs · Founders stepping up

  2. 02

    Growth advisory

For AI startups and scaleups moving to enterprise grade, from a founder who built an AI startup, TRAVAI, and sold it to Kognitiv. Positioning a procurement team can repeat back to you, a sales motion that survives a CIO's questions, and the operating rhythm buyers pay a premium for. Runs in ninety-day arcs with a short written assessment at the start and a scorecard at the end.

    Series A to C · Founder-led sales teams · Boards of scaleups

  3. 03

    Capital strategy

For family offices, funds and boards deciding where AI exposure belongs. A working map of the market: compute, energy, data, distribution, and the companies that own each layer versus the ones that rent it. Updated quarterly, argued in plain language. This is strategy and education, not investment advice. Michael is not a licensed investment adviser and does not recommend individual securities.

Family offices · Fund partners · Investment committees

How it starts

One call, then a written assessment.

Every engagement begins the same way. A forty-five minute call about where you are and what you are trying to decide. Within a week you get a short written read on your situation, whether or not you go on to work with him. If it makes sense to continue, a proposal with a fixed scope follows.
